Hi, I'm Youssef, the creator of Serve. I built Serve to help development teams save hours building APIs by quickly generating them. This page will outline the data we collect and why we collect it.
The data we collect
The data we collect from you includes:
your full name and email address when you sign up
your database credentials when you use a SQL-based integration
spreadsheets that you share with Serve's service account when you use the spreadsheets integration
airtable credentials including your personal API key when you use the airtable integration
questions and feedback you leave, including your email address when you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What we do with your data
All the data we collect from Serve is strictly for the application's functionality.
We will not:
sell, share or rent any of your data to any third parties for any purposes
We will only ever provide data to the government if it be required by law to do so (fraud prevention, money laundering, or any other criminal activities)
We use Google Analytics to collect data about how you use Serve. This includes your geographic location (country and state).
Google Analytics tracks:
How long we keep your data
We hold on to your data as long as:
You have the right to request:
information about how your personal data is processed
a copy of all your personal data that's stored in our systems
that your personal data is deleted from our systems if there's no longer a justification for it
If you have any of these requests, please get in contact with our support team by emailing email@example.com
If these changes affect how your personal data is processed, our support team will take reasonable steps to let you know.
